1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Coza Connect ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

Coza Connect is a platform designed to facilitate church giving and spiritual accountability through buddy relationships. You agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• • Respect the privacy and rights of other users and buddies

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Giving and Donations

When making donations through the App:

• • All donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law
• • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information
• • The church reserves the right to decline or return any donation
• • Tax receipts will be provided in accordance with applicable tax laws

5. Buddy Accountability System

The buddy system is designed to foster spiritual growth and accountability. By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and honestly with your assigned buddy. Information shared within buddy relationships should be treated with confidentiality and respect. The church is not responsible for the conduct or communications between buddies.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• • Defects will be corrected or that the App is free of viruses
• • The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
